Weight Limit is determined by the Department of Transportation
Limit of 10 tons
American Waste & Recycling will not haul the dumpster if rules are not followed and customer must agree to ANY imposed DOT penalties
Dumpsters MUST NOT contain the following items:

- Household food trash
- Liquids (including wet paint)
- concrete over 3 ft
- Freon appliances
- Tires

- TV or Computer Monitors
- barrels or burn barrels
- florescent bulbs
- Batteries
- cross ties and hazardous materials.

- Do not fill Dumpster above the sides or have anything sticking out of the top.
- American Waste & Recycling IS NOT Responsible for concrete driveways, landscape, underground lines, etc.
- Customer is responsible for assuring adequate space to be able to get in and out of location. In the event a truck gets stuck, customer is responsible for any extra charges associated with getting the truck out.
- Customer is responsible for damages to the dumpster while on site. Do not move dumpster.
